A good PDO butter, a quality flour, the melting of hazelnut powder, the sweetness of flower honey: these are the beautiful ingredients of our Financier, this exquisite little cake that makes us fall in love with it at any time of the day. In nice season, it is a pleasure to find the raspberry flavour that suits it so well, especially when it is combined with pistachio!
