Lemon Meringue Tart

Yuzu lemon for the unctuous, zests according to availability: this tart invites you to discover the subtle flavours of exceptional citrus fruits. A delicate marriage between the power of the fruit and the sweetness of the meringue.

Composition

Crunchy pâte sucrée made with T55 Moulins Viron french flour and Charentes-Poitou PDO butter. Thin layer of almond cream. Crémeux with organic yuzu lemon coulis Agrumes Bachès. Light Meringue soufflé with citrus zests.
