For Easter, following the line of her Renaissance galette, Cheffe Nina Métayer celebrates life and the nature’s awakening. She also invites to share gourmet moments around chocolate, citrus fruits and the “flan pâtissier” from her spring collection. To be taste on Fridays and Saturdays from 19 March to 17 April as well as on Easter Sunday and Monday. Limited editions, don’t wait to pre-order!

A work all in softness and freshness around different cocoa’s flavours with evocative names such as True gold, Rich terracotta, Crimson red combined with a kumquat’s and kalamansi’s confit for a slightly acidic note.

Crunchy cocoa shortbread. Soft biscuit. Cocoa mousse. Cryspy hazelnut and cocoa nibs both caramelised. Confit of kumquats and kalamansis (Citrus fruits Bachès, France).

Crunchy texture shortbread dough made with PDO butter. Flour T80 Moulin Viron. Soft and buttery almond cream. Crémeux with Bachès citrus fruits. Light blowed meringue with Bachès citrus zests.
