The comforting flavors of this meticulous work of goldsmith envelop young and old alike, lulled by the flavors of vanilla and pecan into the sweetness of Christmas.
Crispy with millet seed and pecan. Soft pecan biscuit. Homemade pecan-hazelnut praline. Vanilla Crémeux*. Light vanilla mousse*. Edible decoration: crunchy Tuiles cigarette baked in two stages and hot-formed; candy sugar marble. Vanilla with spicy, sweet and round notes, made with beans from Madagascar, Mexico and India.

Gluten-free crumble with rice flour, almonds and sunflower seeds. Soft almond biscuit. Compotée of pears with citrus fruit, honey and a light infusion of IGP* apricot and thyme tea. Based on the aromas of carefully selected quality coffee, this Yule Log takes its cue from the classic Italian dessert. Balanced, gourmand and full-bodied, it reveals the softness of a coffee-soaked cookie with a hint of orgeat syrup that recalls the taste of almond liqueur, and a beautiful harmony between the roundness of the creaminess and the softness of the mascarpone mousse.

We’ve chosen to work with a Honduran chocolate of character, intense and fresh, which will seduce the finest gourmets. We’ve also played with textures so that it develops all its aromas and combined it with hazelnuts for a perfect match.

How to order for Christmas
The Yule logs presented on this page are only available for pick-up (collection) or delivery dates between Wednesday 13 and Sunday 31 December.
Each order on Délicatisserie is linked to its date of receipt, so you must place several orders if you wish to order for several different dates!
In addition, some seasonal creations (still on line when you place your pre-order for december) may not be available on the same dates as the Yule logs.
Pre-orders are strongly recommended
All year round, and even more so during the festive season, La Délicatisserie has to make do with its own artisanal production capacity, as well as delivery and storage capacity at its various collection points. This is why certain products, certain dates, in particular 24, 25 and 31 December, and certain collection points may quickly become unavailable.
What's more, as soon as the maximum number of signature Yule logs (Le Flocon and La Rencontre) in very limited editions is reached, they can no longer be ordered!

- Printemps du Goût Paris from 10am to 8pm, Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
