Dahlia
For Mother's Day or simply to celebrate the beautiful days of May, our Dahlia to share invites itself as an elegant gourmet bouquet to the center of the table to celebrate women, those who give life, those who hope and those who prefer simply to be mothers at heart. The light lemony and verbena notes of the berries delicately underline the fruity flavor of the strawberry and the gourmandise of this dessert, also available in an individual version.
Individual €8.50 and for 8 people €75.
Composition
Crispy with millet seed and crushed whole almonds. Pain de Gênes biscuit with almonds. Verbena berries Crémeux’s. Only in the entremets to share: ganache with cream infused with verbena berries. Light Madagascar vanilla mousse. Decor: strawberry confit and a few of fresh raspberries.
