Chestnut, vanilla and cognac Christmas log
In the spirit of a Mont-Blanc with chestnut cream, this ultra-comforting log plays with all the deliciousness of chestnuts combined with a top-quality Cognac from La Rochelle by Maison Godet, giving it a singular texture. The slight acidity of the blackcurrant contrasts with the smoothness of the creaminess and the roundness of the mousse to bring that liveliness and freshness that are so pleasing when the dessert arrives at the table of generous festive meals.

Crisp feuillantine with almond-hazelnut praline. Soft chestnut cookie. Madagascar vanilla, blackcurrant and cognac* chestnut cream. Light mousse with chestnut paste and cognac*. Milk chocolate flocking. Chestnut ganache. Vanilla powder. Dark chocolate decoration. *Godet Colombard Single-Grape Cognac.
