Pineapple mango Pavlova

Our Pavlova, still gluten-free, returns in a fresh and indulgent new version, bridging the flavours of gently marinated fresh mango and roasted pineapple, which match perfectly with the delicate sweetness of the crunchy meringue and the roundness of the Chantilly cream – a subtle pastel purple with the slightly woody notes of Tasmanian berries.

Individual or to share for 4, 6, or 8 people.

Composition

Crunchy meringue. In the Pavlova to share only: gluten-free Pain de Gênes biscuit. Mango and passion fruit compotée with tonka bean. Chantilly with cream infused with Tasmanian berries*. Cubes of fresh mango lightly marinated and pineapple roasted with Madagascar vanilla. Decor: edible flowers, dependind on arrival. *Terre Exotique spices.

Tips

Tips: keep refrigerated and remove from the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.
