Composition
Crunchy shortbread with 70% dark chocolate, Charentes-Poitou PDO butter, True Gold* cocoa powder, crêpe dentelle, pecan pieces and fleur de sel. Dark chocolate brownie, chocolate chips, pecan pieces. 64% dark chocolate Crémeux with cream infused with green cardamom seeds. Pecan praliné. Light dark chocolate mousse. Decoration: chocolate ganache; Crimson Red* cocoa powder and 70% dark chocolate. *DeZaan.
