The deep notes of an exceptional rum, which develops delicate floral and fruity nuances, enhance the frangipane in our traditional galette. Authentic, with just a hint of amber exoticism, it invites you to share many wonderful gourmet moments throughout January.

Composition

Puff pastry made with T80 and petit épeautre flours from Moulins Viron, and Charentes-Poitou PDO butter. Almond frangipane with Xaymaca Special Dry aged rum from Plantation Rum.

Tips

  • Storage: you can keep your galette for 2 days at room temperature (do not store in the refrigerator).
  • The galette can be eaten at room temperature or lukewarm, as you prefer!
  • To enjoy your galette lukewarm: preheat your oven to 170°C, then, depending on your oven, reheat the galette for 10mn at half-height on the baking sheet or on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Before serving, leave to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, for a crisp exterior and a lukewarm, delicious inside.
