This year, we were inspired by butterflies, pollinators that elegantly evoke renewal and nature awakening. With lightness, they spread their wings to land on our signature egg and seem to flutter above our entremets. Also featuring an adorable little rabbit motif, the sweetness of milk chocolate, the character of dark chocolate, the little chocolate “fritures”… Everyone will find something in our Easter 2026 collection that gives the most emotions and evokes the most memories.

Flowering

Easter dessert individual and to shared

Available in Paris and La Rochelle from Wednesday, March 25 to Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Its subtle flavors between the orange zest of the biscuit, reminiscent of winter,  the floral notes of green Szechuan berries, dried Osmanthus flowers which bring fruity notes and the sweetness of pine nuts. Our Easter dessert, with its butterfly that seems to twirl, plays with textures, the richness of praline, a subtle sweetness, and a freshness that evokes the lightness of spring.

Cripsy with almond-pine nut praliné with pine nut small pieces. Moist biscuit with orange zest. Light Bavaroise mousse with milk and cream infused with green Szechuan berries from Terre Exotique. Osmanthus Crémeux. White velvet. Chantilly cream infused with dried Osmanthus flowers and sprinkled with edible flowers. Butterfly tuile, dried Osmanthus flowers.

Dessert individual €10 and to share for 8-10 people €89.

Hatching, Signature Easter Egg

A poetic creation, fragile and delicate as a butterfly, which, having just emerged from its chrysalis, spreads its intricately crafted chocolate wings to gather nectar from flowers in the early days of spring. Full of indulgence, with its praline covering inside its shell, it is also playful, inviting you to discover its chocolatey treats hidden beneath the small Harmonie egg that peeks out.

The shell made from 70% Mayan Red dark chocolate from Honduras by Xoco Gourmet is covered inside by almond and pine nut praliné, and edge roasted almond pieces around the edge. Velvet flocking. Intricately crafted chocolate butterfly dusted with bronze, cocoa nib pieces.
Inside: a small Harmonie egg made of 70% dark chocolate; Easter Fritures (white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate); chocolate-covered caramels and hazelnuts; crispy chocolate shards of chocolate bar; chocolate squares sprinkled with sunflower seeds.

Easter eggs, creation 2026

For the traditional Easter eggs that we love to give and share, to please young and old alike, we’ve created timeless, original molds inspired by the harmonious geometry of Art Deco motifs. They elegantly enhance the character and floral notes of Esmeraldas dark chocolate, as well as the slightly caramelized milky tenderness of pure Peruvian milk chocolate. Who will break the shell to discover these little treats to share?

Shell of your choice: 70% Saint Domingue dark chocolate or 38% milk chocolate. The shell is covered inside by a light hazelnut praliné.

Small dark or milk chocolate egg (height approx. 10 cm, weight approx. 85 g): 14€.

Large dark chocolate or milk chocolate egg (height approx. 20 cm, weight approx. 380 g) : 36€.

Some are convinced: it’s not bells but them that hide eggs at Easter! Our adorable bunnies wear little flowers that evoque the return of spring.

Of your choice: a 70% dark chocolate shell with small milk chocolate flowers, or a 38% milk chocolate shell with small dark chocolate flowers.

Chocolate rabbit: height approx. 18 cm, weight approx. 150 g. Price: €25.
