Nature awakening; the emotion of the first blossoms; a bird taking flight; a chick escaping from its nest; childhood memories; the hope of peace; rediscovered harmony; the taste of shared delicacies… As if carried away by the whirlwind of springtime effervescence, we have composed a comforting and elegant Easter 2025 collection of chocolate flavors that brings together all generations.

Easter dessert

Available in Paris and La Rochelle from Wednesday April 2 to Tuesday May 2, 2025.

The light citrus notes of the bergamot Crémeux, Earl Grey and lemons-zests praliné bring a springtime freshness to this deliciously chocolaty, highly indulgent dessert that play with a palette of textures between roundness and crispy.

Crispy with feuillantine, 70% dark chocolate, praliné and a hint of fleur de sel. Chocolate and almond Sacher biscuit. Homemade praliné with zests of lime and yellow lemon*. Bergamot Crémeux. Mousse with Earl Grey from Comptoir Français du Thé and two chocolates 66% dark and 40% milk. Dark chocolate flocking; gold and bronze powders. Dessert to share only: Esmeraldas 66% dark chocolate petals from the Cacaosphère. *Inside the dessert to share and in the center of the individual flower.

To share for 8 people: 62€ and individual: 8,50€.

Easter Garden

Easter Egg 2025, very limited edition creation; pre-orders are recommended

Available in Paris and La Rochelle from Wednesday April 2 to Tuesday May 2, 2025.
The nest, the egg, the bird, the vegetal… This elaborate piece evokes childhood memories, the hunt for chocolate treats hidden in the garden, the smell of dew… For the outer shell, I chose a chocolate with character, both soft and fresh, with notes that evoke the floral elegance of spring. It owerlay a gourmet praliné that give it a deliciously crispy texture. Inside the egg are hidden little treats to share.

Nest and the egg shell in Esmeraldas 66% dark chocolate from Ecuador*, covered inside with a crispy praliné of puffed amaranth marbles, almond slivers and caramelized hazelnuts, feuillantine and a hint of fleur de sel.
The delicacies hidden in the egg: hazelnuts and almonds coated in dark, milk and caramel chocolate; crispy praliné with fleur de sel.
Decorations: chocolate paste flowers; small chocolate* feathers and branches; dark chocolate flocking; gold powder and Deezan Crimson Red cocoa powder.
*Organic and fair-trade chocolate from the Cacaosphère.

Easter eggs, creation 2025

For the traditional Easter eggs that we love to give and share, to please young and old alike, we’ve created timeless, original molds inspired by the harmonious geometry of Art Deco motifs. They elegantly enhance the character and floral notes of Esmeraldas dark chocolate, as well as the slightly caramelized milky tenderness of pure Peruvian milk chocolate. Who will break the shell to discover these little treats to share?

Outer shell: choice of 66% Esmeraldas dark chocolate from Ecuador* or 40% pure Peruvian milk chocolate*. Inside the eggs: assortment of named “Easter Frying” small chocolates Esmeraldas dark*, pure Peruvian milk* and white. And in the large eggs only, also some cripsy chocolate praliné fleur de sel. *Organic and fair-trade chocolate from Cacaosphère.
