Nina invites us to share her childhood memories: the smell of the Christmas tree, the pleasure of decorating it with the family, the moment when we choose the most beautiful ornament, the one that sparkle inside the eyes of young and old alike. Designed as a delicate chocolate crafted piece and as a precious gift delicately placed in the centre of the table to enhance festive meals. Beneath the regressive milk chocolate sphere with colourful hand-painted motifs lies a refined dessert with flavours that awaken the senses, including notes of citrus, gingerbread, honey, passion fruit and cinnamon berries. Prolong the tasting experience by breaking the chocolate base of the ball, which hides little treats to share!
The Christmas Bauble: dessert for 10 people and chocolate to share. Approximately 22cm Ø x 24cm.
The dessert to share: Crispy shortbread made with traditional French flour*, muscovado sugar, white almond chocolate**, praliné, hazelnut and almond powders. Moist gingerbread-style biscuit, orange and lemon zests, Christmas spices, flower honey, Charentes-Poitou AOP butter. Compotée of candied mandarins and passion fruit. Crémeux with infusion of cinnamon berries*** and Madagascan vanilla. Ganache mounted with chestnut honey. Decoration: milk chocolate, cigarette tuile; gold powder. *Moulin Viron. **Linnolat. ***Terre Exotique. The Christmas bauble: milk chocolate shell hand coloured with a brush. The base of the Christmas bauble: small treats (Christmas fritters and mendiants) in 70% dark chocolate hidden under a chocolate shell to be broken.
