Puff pastry made with T80 and petit \u00e9peautre flours from Moulins Viron, and Charentes-Poitou PDO butter. Frangipane with cream infused with green cardamom and caramelised apple cubes, seasoned with cardamom. Decoration: cigarette tuile. <\/p>\n

The story<\/h4>\r\nFor her \"Galette des Rois\" 2021, Nina M\u00e9tayer has choosen the Tree of Life. This universal symbol share by all cultures also echoes her personal story. The starting point for this creation is the loss of her bicentenary chestnut tree, which one day had to be felled.
